Managing the Association of Energy Services Professionals (www.aesp.org) proved to be one of the toughest and most rewarding positions of Meg’s career. When hired to be AESP’s president and CEO, the association was struggling to grow membership and increase its brand. During her tenure at AESP, the non-profit increased revenue by 800% and membership from 750 to over 2200. Prior to accepting the position of CEO, she had served on the association’s board. This dual work experience is valued by her non-profit clients.
Meg recently completed a comprehensive business development plan for a new non-profit focused on adaptation.
A former board member of the California Energy Efficiency Industrial Council, Meg served on the finance committee to focus on increasing revenue by advising on events and branding.
